When will my order ship?
All items are shipped within 5–7 days of receiving your order. Each shirt is printed by hand, so we take time to make sure it’s just right before it heads your way.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! If you select this option, I will send you a notification email once your order is ready and coordinate placing it out for porch pick-up in Gainesville, GA, at a time you can come by.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it hides there!
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we’re not responsible for lost or delayed items. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, and they’ll be able to assist you.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. You can drop them off in Gainesville, GA, or ship them back (return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility).

Can I exchange a size?
If you need a different size, please reach out within 15 days of your purchase. We’ll do our best to help with an exchange if your preferred size is in stock.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time, all designs are original MB’s Tees creations — but if you have a special request or idea, we’d love to hear it!
